Z22 <br /> OCTOBER 5th,1939. <br /> The Regular Administrative Session of the City Council was held at 10 Aid Y <br /> October 5th,1939,Mayor Edwards in the Chair,Commissioners Spencer and Williams <br /> present at roll cell. <br /> Minutes of Ootober 4th,1939 reed and approved. <br /> REPORT oI Treasurer for September,1939- Received. <br /> Moved by Spencer,seconded by Williams to allow bill of Rynning&Sona <br /> in the amount of$67.50 for truck rental on Eromer Ave.Fill.Carried unanimously. <br /> Moved by Spenoer, seconded by Williams to adopt:Resolution No.4545 as <br /> follows: " RESOLUTION N0.4545. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TWO CITY 000NCIL OF TM CITY OF Stolen: <br /> TWAT the water arrears payroll as of October 5th,1939,having <br /> been audited,be,aM the same is hereby approved end ordered <br /> paid,and the City Clerk and the Commissioner of Finance are h <br /> hereby authorized end directed to issue warrants on the Water <br /> Fund in payment thereof in the amount of 9351.79.
