FEBRUARY 26th,1940. <br /> M, The Regular Administrative Session of the City Council was held at 10 AM <br /> February 26th,1940,Mayor Spencer in the Chair,Commissioners Edwards and Williams <br /> present at roll ca_. <br /> Minutes of February 24th,1940 read and approved. <br /> CLAIM for damages by Ellen J.Miller and W.Adelbert Miller,in amount <br /> $300.00- Referred to City Attorney. <br /> Moved by Spencer,seconded by Williams to allow claim for damages of <br /> perry Hensen in amount$43.94,to be paid out of Judgment Fund. <br /> Carried unanimously. <br /> Moved by Edwards, seconded by Williams to call for bids on printing of <br /> City Clerk's Report for 1939,to cell for bids on printing of legal publications <br /> for year commencing April 1,1940 end to cell for bide on construction of fOnis^ing <br /> North tank of City Jail;all bids Eo be opened March 11,1939. <br /> Carried unanimously. <br /> �� <br /> Moved by Edwards,seconded by Williams to accept offer of/' YO'Brien <br /> for Lot 15,Block 687,for$605.41,$484.51 cash,and the balance to pay in I t. <br /> annual installments due on LIE No.512.
