. 358 256 <br /> DECENRE4 30th,'1940. <br /> The Regular Administrative Session of the City Council was held at 00AM <br /> December 30th,1940,Mayor Spencer in the Chair,Commissioner Williams present and <br /> Commissioner Edwards absent at roll cell. <br /> Minutes of December 26th,1940 read and approved. <br /> Moved by Williams,seconded by Spencer that on request of the State <br /> Examiner it was ordered to instruct the City Treasurer to simplify the cash book <br /> record by removing from the actual cash all investments which are to be carried <br /> hereafter as investments,not es cash,and also to simplify the head funds by making <br /> only one band fund to carry both redemption and interest. Carried. <br /> HEARING on L.I.D.No.548 roll. No protests. <br /> Moved by Spencer,seconded by Willieme to instruct the City Attorney to <br /> draw en ordinance confirming the assessment of Roll#548.
