APRIL 22nd,1941: <br /> The Regular Administrative Session of the City Council was held at 10 AM <br /> April 22nd,1941,Mayor Spencer in the Chair,Commissioners Edwards and Williams <br /> present et roll call. <br /> Minutes of April 21st,1941 read and approved. <br /> Moved by Edwards,seconded by Spencer,to reject claim for damages by <br /> Catherine Pinkston,April 21,1941 amount$5000.00. Carried unanimously. <br /> Sammons served on Mayor Spencer to appear within twenty days to defend <br /> action brought against the City and Harry Winde end Pane 205 Winde- Received. <br /> Moved by Spencer,seconded by Edwards,to instruct the City Clerk to <br /> write to the Central_Heating Ce.about smoke stack and cinders and try to correct <br /> the condition. Carried unanimously. <br /> Movedby Spencer, seconded by Williams,to allow the following bills <br /> against trio Water Dept.for eelariesi <br /> C.Parker $5.68 end Andrew Naekeim 58.00.
