A RESOLUTION AGREEING WITH TrIO GOVERNMENT TO EXTEND THE SEWER OF THE CITY TOS HHOOUSING DEVEL0P1MDT OF THE FEDERAL WHEREAS,the Administrator of the Federal Works pAgeo Agency, hereinafter referred ahe housingistrator,is development within ized the City of Everett;to develop WHEREAS,the City Sa desirous of extending its sewer line to the limits of said development and reee0ving partial payment of the coat there- for from the Government. NOW,THEREFORE, it is mutually covenanted and agreed as follows: • Section 1: The City hereby agrees to extend a twelve inch sewer line to the Northwest corner of the above mentioned development at a designated point at or near State Road No.1(commonly referred to ae the Pacific Hghway),all in accordance with the aforementioned Resolution and Ordin- anceof the City and the plans and specifications of the City Engineer,and upon completion of said sewer conneetion the City does hereby grant ,. authority and permission to One Admloistrator to make a connection to tach • sewer at said point.
