Carried. <br /> Moved by Spencer, seconded by Williams,to adopt Resolution No.4791 as <br /> follows: "RESOLUTZON No.4791. <br /> BE Pd RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY CE EVEREST: <br /> THAT the water arrears payroll of November 20,1941,having <br /> Dean audited,be,end the same is hereby approved and ordered <br /> paid,end tin City Clerk and tie Commissioner of Finance are <br /> hereby authorized end directed to issue warrant No.3802 <br /> against the Water System Eund in the amount of$4.50,in full <br /> p payment thereof." <br /> 4 d.
