I em not dlsrlaeing these Iodations <br /> obvious reasons,but willbe glad to go over thee with the proper <br /> authorities. <br /> I feel.that we are the more vulnerable from eabbotagev due to the <br /> fact that the Army Air Port is supplied from our water system,as wall <br /> Fu as the two large pulp mills wnieh,I understand,are classed ae Defense <br /> Industries. <br /> It is my suggestion that this matter be palled to the attention of <br /> the proper army authorities through the State Defense Council,or in <br /> , any other method that you may see fit. <br /> 1 we are <br /> asking for this aid,w not waiving any responsibilities that <br /> reasonably able to fulfill,but we do feel that w have a problem <br /> that weneed aseletance in solving properly and safeguard our water <br /> II supply against eabbotage. <br /> i Iq Yours very truly, <br /> E B.C.Paine,Water Supt.
