The Regular Administrative Session of the City Council was held at 10 AM Sep September 14th,1942,Mayor opencer in the Chair,Commissioner Williams present and Wil Commissioner Edwards absent at roll call. Pos Moved by Williams,seconded by Spencer,to instruct City Attorney to preps e ordinance for the improvement of alley Sart of Walnut Street,17th to S0.line of Riverdale Addition,by construction of e sewer.
