NOTICE was received from the Federal Works Agency that applioation of the City for two ausilliery Sire stations had been placed in deferred olassification. Moved by Unne Loan,seconded by Arend,that a letter be written asking one F.W.A.to send a personal representative to the'it,to survey the need for additional fire eta Lions. Carried. Moved by Arands,seconded too Dusalman,to issue 1000001 Order to transfer August tax collections in the amount of$2760.49 from the General Fund to the Street Fund. Carried. --- Moved by Arends,seconded by Unselman,that warrants be drawn Co the Police Pension Fund$7400.00 and the L.I.D.Guaranty Fund for$29,600.00 for in- vestment in U.S.War Bonds,Series"F".
