LETTER received from the A.J.Ooerig Construction 0o.stating that arrangements had been completed withtha 0.N.,N.P.and C.M.*903041 Railroad Companies to install 48"sewer....rose the tracks instead of 42",and reoues010.' k;:'. proval thereof by the City. Moved by Arends,seconded by Johnson to adopt Resolution No.4951; RESOLUTION No.4951. II WfIERE40,onNe ember 29,1943,a letter we received from the arigConstruction Co.stating that they had now ocapleted arrangements with the G.N.,Milwaukee and N.Y.Railway Companies , for laying a 48"trunk sewer line across their respective Propar- t1ee,this 48"pipe to be in lieu of 42"pipe as drown on the on- traot and lies between eta.8 plus 10.24 Easterly to the end of the outfall sewer..Laying of this pipe is to be done under supervision of a representative of the various railroads involved,and also der inspection of the City Engineer,and further the grade line will be 000000ed by the City Engineer so that a min.=of 4 ft. fill above the pipe will be made. Thio point of 4 ft.cover will be at the crossing of the C.N.Railway tracks which point controls I said grade aM fumther Therewill be no extra cost to the City of Everett for the change in size of pipe or for excavation aM backfill,etc.end WHEREAS said changes above are satisfactory to the City of Everett, _ImJgRECr,CAILIISOLVED THAT TEE CITY COUNCIL approve such1 ...
