306 OCTOBER 31,1945. The Regular Administrative Session of the City Council was held at 30 AM October 31st,1945,Mayor Arenas prealdiog,Commissioners Unzelman and Johnsen present at roll Call. Minutes of October 30th,1945 read and approved. Moved by Unzeimen,seconded by Johnson to grant permission to Noiflo Grocery Co.to remove curb and sidewalk andreplace with conorete driveway at SW corner of MaEougall and Smith Street,under supervision of the City Engineer. Carried. Moved by UOzelman,seconded by Johnson to grant permission to American Ice 4 Cold Storage Co.to constru.t loading pletforme8ft.wide and 50 ft.and 46 ft.long respectively,Co the went and east sides of Nassau Street,south of California Street,and do necessary grading on Naeeau St.provided that no less than three feet cover be left over the City.e water main end provided tbet the ' Company agrees to remove the platforms from the street when requested by the City o do so Carrie'.
