APRIL 7th,1947. <br /> The Regular Administrative Session of the City Council was held at hOAM, <br /> April 7th,1947,.Mayor Arends presiding,commissioners Unmelman end Johnson present <br /> at roll call. <br /> Minutes of April 6th,1947 read and approved. <br /> --- <br /> 4' <br /> BEAMS°on proposed improvement of Victor Place fraa Raker Avenue to <br /> Walnut St.by paving held and continued until April 11,1947. <br /> Claim of Mrs.Glen L.Bele,=20.70 for damages to automobile 1n collision <br /> with a Water Uapartment truck, Received and read. -6.0 <br /> Moves by Johnson,Seconded by Unoeimao,to grant permission to Rey Keith <br /> to install an electric sign at 1431 walnut under supervision of the Electrical Insp, <br /> Carried. <br /> Moved by 018810en,seconded by Johnson,to grant permission to Eldon A. <br /> Root to pave parking strip on 25th Street between the sidewalk and the property lin <br /> of Lot 1,Elk.567,under Supervision of the City Engineer. Carried. <br /> Moved by Arends,seconded by Johnson,to pay the following claims: <br /> Archie PSnWink10 Salary,Library Lept.
