RESOLUTION AGTH0RIi51G THE EdECUTI01 AND DELIVERY OF A CONTRACT WITH PUGET SOUND POWER&LIGHT COMPANY FOR FURNISHING MUNICIPAL STRUM LIGHTING SERVICE {00020,MEP SOUND POWER&LIGHT COMPANY has offered to furnish for a period of Five(5)years,upon the terms set forth in the fullowimg proposed form of contract,to-wit:Municipal Street Lighting Contract MUNICIPAL STREET LIGHTING CONTRACT Puget Scund Power&Light Company,herein called"Company",and the City of Everett,a mun1c ipal corporation of the State of Washington, herein called"City",agree as follows: FIRST:This contract covers street 1l ghti og service only. SECOND: The City agrees for a period of 5 consecutive years,bein- ning June 1,1947,to buy exclusively frau the Company t the rates herein fixed all electric current required to light the streets,avenues, allays and other public places of said City, d the Compan0 agrees during said perioto furnish all such electriccurrent and for the same neideration to install overhead street lights and to maintain lamps end equipment as herein specified.
