A petition far the improvement of the alley between Oakes Ave end Lombard Ave.from California St.to Everett Ave.by paving,signed by the owners of 54.8979 of the area and 61.6079 of the frontage- Received k read. Moved by Ormelman,seconded by.Sohneon,to instruct the City Engineer to prepare plane and spaclflcations and eat a date for the hearing on the proposed im- provement. Carried. Moved by Bnselman,seconded by Johnson,to adopt Resolution No.5230 as follows: " RESOLOTION 00.5230.
