Moved by Unselma0,seconded by Whiteley to instruct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance approving and oon0lrming corrected assessment roll of LID#581. Carried. Moved by Arends,seconded by Whiteley to reject the claim of Albert Nielsen$17.33 for damages to his automobile on Madrona St.,Nov.11,1947 end to notify the claimant that since the damage:occurred during construction work,the contractor, not the City,was responsible.
