Moved by Unselmen,Noonaed by Whiteley to instruct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance Creating a LID for the improvement of 3200 St.from Hoyt to Color by paving with P.C. concrete. Carried. Moved by Unsel.men,seconded by Whiteley to award contract for sewer con- struction,LID 959E to E.R.Johnson for$169,933.67.:. - Carried. Moved by 11oeaL an,seconded by Whiteley,to award contract for sewer con- acruotlon,LID 9605,to Malaspina&Napoli Co.for$19,479.42. Carried. Moved by Urmelman,seconded by Whiteley to award contract for sewer con- etruotlon,LID#604 to E.R.Johnson for$3,697.00. Carried.
