Minutes of March lath,1949 read and approved. Moved by Whiteley,seconded by Arenda,to accept the bid of Minnesota Mining eta Mfg.Go.for furnishing 150 gallons of beaded centerline paint for 83.95 Per gallon. Carried. Moved by Unzelmen,seconded by Whiteley,that the G.N.Ry.Co.be grants permiseion to larva with bituminous pavement the R.R.crossing at the west end of 24th Street and to remove a portion of the bank Co City property on the east aide of the tracks so as to improve visibility. Carried. Moved by Unzelmen,seconded by Are.e,to grant permission to Emma A. Payne to widen existing driveway on 24th Street at the rear of 2402 Oakes Ave.un0e supervision of the City Engineer and subject to the provisions of Ordinance 00.2610 Carried. Moved Sr lIhiteley,seconded by Unzelm.en, that the Council approve the fee.1¢ce of Clete"H"liquor licenses to the London Cafe,2013 Hewitt Ave.,Harry Manlotas and Donnie Costes owners,end to the Sea Foal Grill,1501 Hewitt one.
