RESOLUTION NO. 6409 <br /> A RESOLUTION waiving public bidding requirements and approving a Sole Source <br /> Purchase of Electrical Switch Installation and Vault Relocation from Snohomish County <br /> PUD. <br /> WHEREAS, Real Property requires the relocation of a PUD splice vault and replacement <br /> of an existing switch to support the downtown hotel project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Snohomish County PUD is the only available source for the installation and <br /> provision of this regulated service in Snohomish County. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Everett that <br /> because there is clearly and legitimately only one source capable of relocating the <br /> electrical splice vault and installing the electrical switch currently located adjacent to the <br /> former Allen Buick property, the City hereby waives competitive bidding requirements <br /> and authorizes the performance of this work by Snohomish County PUD. <br /> 0,, IIIIik . <br /> 7 <br /> Counci pefson Intro• •cing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of July ,2011 <br /> f <br /> Council President <br />
