Minutes of the meeting held July 21,196D read and approved. - - RESOLUTION Moved by Johnson,seconded by Gebert to adopt Reeolution 06245 as follows, Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett,wabington: That it is the intention of t.City Council to ceder the Improvement of the following described street, MAPLE Me.from 19th St.to 23rd St.by the conetruction of an aephaltic concrete pavement,thirty-six(36)feet in width by the construction of portland cement concrete curbs and gutters;bY the construction or reconstruction of sidewalks,where neceemary,by the inetal- lation of necessary drainage facilities.by the construction or reconatruc- tion,where noecessary of all eewers,side sewers,water mains add hydrante with necessary appurtenances,by such grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work in connection Umrewith ao may be r. e c.ty o vete w a COTISISUCILOS of portland cement concrete aufbe and gutter.and for t • asphaltic concrete pavement.
