<br /> WHEREAS Section 15 of Ordinance No.3211 provides that the City Council may
<br /> prohibit at certain times,or entirely,the time during which velaclea may
<br /> be parked in locations where traffic tends to congest
<br /> WHEREAS the City Council,in compliance with said Ordinance,does desire to
<br /> prohibit entirely,at certain times,the parking of vehicles on certain,.
<br /> streets,or portions thereof,in tbe City of Everett,
<br /> NOV,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY T.C/IT COUNCIL OF THZ CITY OF evararr
