<br /> service connection for the Fort of Everett cod the Water Del,t.urn be
<br /> ,r reimbursed in full for said installation by the Port of Everett,
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY mown OF THE CITY OF EVERETT
