Michelson <br /> Mr.Haglund if all of the firms ha.been-consulted on the <br /> same basis-if none of them had been asked for fees and Mr.qualifications,feasabittMyo to,do thn <br /> Haslund said they had all been consul...as to experience, <br /> g as this time,etc. <br /> Then one firm had been decided upan and they were consulted <br /> a <br /> Councilman Rucker said he didn't think that the have anything to lose by calling for bids m C $9 <br /> uch as the <br /> fix,.knew that theY Might not be chosen as to their low <br /> bid because of these other qualificationsk etc.that would <br /> be taken into consideration.
