COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> March 24,1971 <br /> Mr.Veelia,Mr.s,Mrs.Farcellu,and Pierre Frinchebor <br /> appeared protesting the closing off of 63rd Street between <br /> Wetmore and RocXefeller. <br /> Councilman Dobler felt that the <br /> ct should not be blocked <br /> om <br /> ch as <br /> td be used.in the <br /> Off any farther mast than 60 feet that was the length of the propertyfa= as <br /> future a y e. business. <br /> A.F.Crest,owner of the prooerty in question,said he <br /> understood tfie whole block haId been zoned commercial and <br /> this was completely new to him that only the 60 foot area , ' <br /> , on the corner was zoned for buedness.
