WHEREAS,Section 89A of Ordindnce No.123-71'provides that the City Council may,by resolution,establish parking meter zones dnd prescribe maximum length,of time for which vehicles ,. may park in the parking meter zone-and establish.along the •[@ curb in any street near the.municipal building,the fire stations,other city buildings and installations.and at such other.places as may be reasonably necessary,restricted . . .. parking zones for the purpose of facilitating the work of • .. the police,fire and other departments of the CitY4 ., •@, NOW,-TWEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ••. CITY OF-EVERETT: That the following parlIng zones are , designated@ • West side of Wetmore Avenue between Wall and Pacific, north to south shall be parallel parking,first two stalls shall be 15 minute courtesy parking,the • next three stalls shall be.police vehicles only, all other stalls shall be two•hour metered parking. . South s,de of Wall Utreet between Wetmore and Colby from east to west,the first three stalls shall be 15 minute courtesy stalls;all other stalls'will be two hour metered parking. .
