Mr.Wright said in order to <br /> develon this ProPertY,they would need access from Poplar Street. He also re- <br /> quested the City to pay 756 of a traffic signal at 10th Street. Councilman <br /> Rucker felt the developer should put in a light if he wanted one at this Luca- <br /> tion and Councilman Langus said the City woe.be setting a precedent if they did <br /> this tyPe of installation. '. <br /> Moved by Councilman Rucker,seconded by Councilman Ebert to reject the request <br /> of Howard S.Wright to open Poplar Street and city participation in the in- <br /> stallation of a.signal light,but the Council would reconsider the application <br /> at a later date. <br /> Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes except Councilman Michelson <br /> whO Voted no. <br /> Motion carried <br /> WATER REQUEST FROM BELLEVUE <br /> Moved by Councilman Rucker,seconded by Councilman Gipson to regretfully decline <br /> the request of the City of Bellevue for selling water to them because of the <br /> eXcessive expense. <br /> Roll was called wIth all Councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried <br /> C/TY HALL SPACE STUDY <br /> Joe Xoulovski of the Community Development Department presented his view of <br /> the project for space study of the City Hall. He suggested a project Manager <br /> should be a City of Everett staff member,preferably George Eastman.
