He said only <br /> one supplier submitted a bid for traffic paint,that of Preservative <br /> Paint Company. said they felt their bid w reasonable since all <br /> endaxials and labor had gone up in the manufacturing of paint products, <br /> recommended the award he made to Preservative Paints. <br /> Se reported the following bids were received for sign blanks: <br /> SUPPLIER To D INCLUDING SALES TAX <br /> Traffic Safety Supply of Portland 62,270.00 <br /> pacemaker Industries of Spokane 2,245.83 <br /> Bokln Sig).of Foley,Alabama 2,545.98 <br /> Snhlbe[g Safety c supply Ca.of Seattle 2,799.82 <br /> A1-Fab,Inc.of Everett 5,775.79 <br /> The recommendation was that the bid be awarded to the low bidder, <br /> Traffic Safety Supply Company. <br /> Moved by.Councilman Longue,seconded by Councilman finch te concur in <br /> the recommendation and award the bid for traffic paint to Preservative <br /> Paint Company of Seattle,and sign blanks to Traffic Safety Supply at <br /> their bid. <br /> Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes. <br />
