Pg.3193 li oay 30,1973 .:I Mayor Anderson said he had received complaints from a Hr.and Mrs. Jack Willett of 610 Hawthorne whose property adjoined Mr.Hegge's property. Also he said there was a letter in the Herald Letters to uhe Editor regarding the junk there. He said the house was not yard right next to a very nice rbsidential area and over a period of years there had beer:many problems connected with this. It seemed to be almost impossible to get this problem solved so he was bringing it to the Council's attention, After considerable discussion and questions by the Council,the administration was Instructed to report back within one week re- garding the rest of this area. swan BUILDING Bob Royce reported on an unsafe building at 1120 Broadway owned ',. by Robert Frulre.
