The City of Everett Building Official be and hereby is auth- orind directed to proceed with the work required and specified in the hereinabove described Notice of Unsafe Building(4)in accordance with the provisions of the hereinsbove desoribed City of Everett Building Code; provided,however,said.work shall not be commenced until not less than 10 days after date of personal service or 15 days after date of mailing by registered mail or certified mail of notice of the herein described Everett City Council order(resolution)to each of those named in eaid Tstise Unsafe Evilding(s)as the owner(s)of the unsafe building(e), structure(s),or portion(s)thereof described in said Notice of Unsafe Bnilding(8).
