COUNCIL BILL NO.336-74 Final Reading jack Wood,Staff Engineer,from Washington Natural Gas,presented a letter and explained varyous parts of it,the reasons they were asking for some changes in the council bill. One of these changes was in connection 'r Il th water heaters. They felt that water heaters should not have to be installed,renamed or removed by a plumber holding a license. After considerable discussion,a motion was made by Comcilman Finch and seconded by Councilman Michelson,to direct the City Attorney to revise the proposed ordinance deleting all references to water heaters from the 1, ordinance. ,'11 .11 was caned witn all Councilmen voting yes except Counci1me. and Rucker,who voted no,and Councilman Langus who abstained.
