I 35TH STREET PARKING Hugh Warren of the EngineerIng Department sera as directed by the Council, they had talked with all of the houselmld on 35th Street between Federal nom snohomish Av.nue .11 were in favor of prohibiting park1ng on the 4,I,I I south side of the street in this area. 4 RESOLUTION Moved by Councilman Michelson,seconded by Councilman KInch to adopt 3 II Resolution No.935 as follows: WHEREAS,Section 89-A(b),Chapter 46,14.305,Ordinance No.123-71 provides that the City Council may,by resolutions,prohibit at certaan times or entirely,the time during which vehicles may be parked In loca- tions where traffic tends to congest,a. WHEREAS,the City Council,in compliance with said ordinance,does desire to prohibit entirely the parking of vehicles on certain streets or portions thereof in the City of Everett, NOW,THEREFORE,HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 11 EVERETT: That vehicles be prohibited from parking at any trme in the following location: On the south side of 35th Street,from Federal Avenue to Snohomish Avenue.
