Mr.Meyer said in July of 19,3,this was revised and presented to I.A.C.which was rejected by them. Thin has new bden revised again to the amount of $400,000 with the City to pay$100,000. 1 I Councilman Winch said he had reviewed this with Mr.Meyer and felt it was an 1 excellent proposal.
