That upon passage of this Resolution all eligible costs related to . the preparation of the application be properly recorded by the Department of Community Development and charged to the Community Development Block Grant funds. 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to request a 108 advance of funds from the embDepartment of Housing and.Urban Development after 11;; Decer 1,1974,for pre-pdsnning purposes. 3.
