COUNCIL BILL 1307-75 Kinch reminded the Council this was the Council Bill amending the ordinance which required sprinkling a teminstalled in com- bustible super-structures. This Council Bill will change this ordinance tostate tathat all buildings 60 years old or more would not be required have this type of sprinkling installation. Belford,Manager of t of Everett,felt she cost of installing JohnBelford, system in this building would be a t of the taxpayers' money.
