Councilman Aldcroft stated that he felt thecity should only send those members of Council and AdminIstratIon the Council members had elected as voting delegates to the Association of Washington Cities Convention in Richland this month. Those members elected were Councilmen Ebert and Michelson,and Mayor Anderson with George Eastman as alternate. 1: Councilman Aldcroft stated that since only three members mould be eligIble to vote,it would be a waste of taxpayer's money to send all seven of the Councilmen.
