20S <br /> July 16,1975 <br /> Section 1: Obtain the necessary building,Plumbing,and el.dtni- <br /> cai,naccrita anc nachn actual tenain within fourteen(14)days from the <br /> date of this addendum. <br /> IP ANY OF the above conditions are not met within the prescribed <br /> time the Building Official is hereby authorized to proceed with the demo- <br /> ition of the structure as provided for in Section One of Resolution <br /> No.1041. <br /> Bob Royce of the Housing Department stated that on June 25,1975,, <br /> Mr.John Ferguson indicated to the City Council that he was going to take <br /> over ownership of the building and requested time to rehabilitate the <br /> building. At that time,Council directed the Community Development Hepart- <br /> ment to provide Mr.Ferguson witn.list of required repairs. <br /> Jamie Johnson provided Mr.Ferguson,approximately ten days ago,with a <br /> list of requirements,but as of this date,Mr.Ferguson has not indi- <br /> cated that he intends to make the repair. <br /> Mr.Royce stated that Mr.Ferguson has been on vacation and wag unable <br /> to attend tcday's meeting. <br /> Mrs.Cunningham on the 5400 block of Lowell complained that the building <br /> was open and many children had been playing in and about the area,and <br /> she felt that the six months time allowed by the Council Members to <br /> rehabilitate the building was sufficient time. <br /> Councilman Rucker stated that he did not find the complete resolution <br /> in his Council packett and could not juetifY PaSsing senora...minnauk <br /> the full information. <br /> 1,4 <br /> t Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried <br /> 41. COuncilman Rucker stated that since the City Clerk had the complete <br /> reaolution,he felt no further discussion was needed. <br /> Moved by Councilman Aldcroft,seconded by Councilman Ebert to amend <br /> Resolution No.1041 to include the addendem as attached and to hold the <br /> demolition of the structure in abeyance until August 20,1975,for <br /> substantial rehabilitation to the satisfaction of building officials <br /> of the City of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion carried <br /> Roll was called on the main motion to adopt Resolution No.1041 as amended <br /> with all Councilmen voting Yes. <br /> Motion carried <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> Moved by Councilman Michelson,seconded by Councilman Ebert to adopt <br /> Resolution No.1042 as follows: <br />
