376 December 3,1975 The Regular Meeting of the Everett City Council reconvened after Execu- , tive Session at 9:30 a.m.in the Conference Room with President Ilinch presiding and all Councilmen in attendance except Councilman Aldcroft who was°welded. CITY HALL MEMODEL Toe Roelovski briefly reviewed the previous recommendations that the committee had made Co Council in their July meeting. Mr.Koslovski said that that recommendation came to a total amount of$948,300.00 wldch was approximately a million dollars less than the original recommendelicn. Councilman Rucker asked that this matter be tabled until one of their January 1976 meetings. DECEMBER MEETING DAYS CHANGED Roved by Councilman Rucker,seconded by Councilman Gipson that due to Christmas Eve following on the regularly scheduled night meeting, to change the night Meeting to December 17,1975 at 7.00 p.m.and the December 24 meeting.held at 8:DO a.m. l"lni Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes except Councilman Ald, "r11, croft who was excused. Moved by Councilman Gipson,seconded by Councilman Michelson to concur in the.Mayor s recommendation to appoint the Path Rangers as SPecild Policemen.
