He suggested letting the people schedule their <br /> meetings for six months and have the Park Department carefully monitor <br /> • if there were many conflicts and then return to the Council with this <br /> data. <br /> Judy Baker,chairman of the Park Board,said a sbailar policy bad been dis- <br /> cussed over a year ago by the Board.
