Councilman Rinch questioned the amount of time there•was a Conflict in usage of the facilities. He suggested letting the people schedule their meetings for six months and have the Park Department carefully monitor • if there were many conflicts and then return to the Council with this data. Judy Baker,chairman of the Park Board,said a sbailar policy bad been dis- cussed over a year ago by the Board. They felt this was a prop.=doe a. schedule,and hoped the Council would adopt it. • • • . .
