Mr.Heavy then reviewed <br /> the structure of the new organization and some of their proposed <br /> plans. <br /> Councilwoman Lamphere agreed that there had been problems in the PS, <br /> but she sadd changes 1.d been made,and reviewed with the Council <br /> some of the new ideas and Policies. <br /> • <br />
