To welcome Kaiser Steel to the City of Everett and applaud . and encourage its efforts to locate a steel fabtication , , facility along the Everett waterfront. . Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes except COuncil- man Michelson who was excused. ' Motion Carried Fr.SYSPANTS , Councilman Aldcroft said that he had received a reqtest from some high echool students to paint the fire hydrants in the City of Everett in a bicentennial theme. Councilman Aldcroft asked Administxation to check how much it would cost for paints and brushes for this project. COMPLAINTS Councilman Aldcroft said he bad been receiving several com- plaints from citizens regarding aPeeding and dragging na gig.- 1 Pic Boulevard. USE OF CITY PROPERTY Moved by Councilman Langus,seconded by Councilman Kinth to ,, authorize the Rotary Club the use of city sidewalks at the , I Everpark Garage on June 4,1976 to sell raffle tickets with the proceeds to go to charitable organizatiorm.
