Mr.Hennang,CitY...neer,said the total area of the proposed vacation is 1,400 square feet and the total . frontage is 930 feet. The owners of one hundred percent of the abutting property have requested that the street be vacated to allow for develop- AI ment of certain plated properties in the area. After investigation by 1)01').!11 City Departments and Public Utilities has shown if the vacation was granted would have no effect on existing or planned facilities.
