Moved by Councilman Ebert,Seconded by Councilman Alacroft to amend the motion that the bear cages be kept until a study could be made for alternative uses of the cage. Roll was called on the amendment with all Councilmen voting yes, 111 except Councilman Michelson who voted no. Motion carried.
