Whereas,John Weber,owner of Snohomish County Amusement Com- , 1' pany,Inc.and holder of a Master Operator Amusement Device License desires to sell his business to Roy Nathe of 11757- 16th N.E.,Seattle,Washington,and t11 whereas,Mr.Nathe qualifies under Section 4,Chapter 3 of Ordinance 295-74 to obtain such Master Operator License, 1. ,1' Now,therefore,be it resolved by the City Council of the Ill City of Everett that said Master Operator's License may be transferred to Roy Nathe of 11757-16th N.E.,Seattle, Washington upon proof of Purchase of the business and upon , his obtaining the master license and all sub-licenses in 1,' compliance with Section 4,Chapter 3 of Ordinance No.295-74. 1 h Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes except Council- I'l man Ebert who was excused. He said after giving the matter lengthy and thoughtful consideration he bad con- cluded that it was necessary for him to resign from the Council even though he enjoyed the challenge as much as ever, he simply did not have the time to do the job that the Coun- cil and the citizens of Everett deserved. ., 4,;., President Gipson and the Council accepted his letter with 1 ,h 9,11 regret and thanked him for his yeals of service to the City. cl°01 11 p ,.
