She feltthe fees were too high for senior citizens and for those who kept their dogs indoors,it was unfair to pay the license fee called 11. for. :11 I RESOLUTION DEFEATED (CB 767-217) 1 Moved by Councilman Michelson.seconded by Councilman Langus to adopt a resolution setting 25-mph speed limit on Dogwood Drive, Beverly Lane and 79th Street. Roll was called with councilmen Michelson and Langus voting yes, and Councilmen Kinch,Ebert and Gipson voting no,and Councilman Aldcroft excused. I Motion Lost Mayor Anderson left the meeting at this time. I COUNCIL BILL 767-218 TABLED Moved by Councilman Ebert,seconded by Councilman Misch to table indefinitely the proposed ordinance closing all city parks between 10:00 P.M.and 6:00 A.M.
