He;aid,however,when these amendments h.d bee. <br /> Printed lY the honding attorney,it had come to hi.attention that they <br /> had inserted four lines that had not been approved at the July 28 <br /> meeting. He had talked with the bonding council and they felt the <br /> ordinance adopted at the meeting was a valid ordinance and the bid <br /> call for the bond sale was legal and in order. Houmver,Dick Thompson <br /> felt that this ordinance should either be amended or a new ordinance <br /> completely adopted. It was the recommendation of the bonding council <br /> to adopt a new ordinance in order to make the records clear. <br /> Moved by Councilman Moore,seconded by Councilman Ebert,that a new <br /> ordinance including the 3 lines at the end of Section 2,and the first <br /> line of Section 3,be prepared for first reading. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting Yea. 117 <br /> Motion Carried <br /> I <br /> • <br /> 7.114 <br />
