He;aid,however,when these amendments h.d bee. <br /> Printed lY the honding attorney,it had come to hi.attention that they <br /> had inserted four lines that had not been approved at the July 28 <br /> meeting. He had talked with the bonding council and they felt the <br /> ordinance adopted at the meeting was a valid ordinance and the bid <br /> call for the bond sale was legal and in order. Houmver,Dick Thompson <br /> felt that this ordinance should either be amended or a new ordinance <br /> completely adopted.
