There are also .111 <br /> collection agencies in several stores throughout the city. The card <br /> stock on hand would have to be changed and reordered which would cost <br /> approximately$1,300. Counting the labor costs of sorting mail that <br /> was not easily identifiable,he felt it umuld he considerably more <br /> expensive to use,ust a postcard method. He recommended calling for <br /> bids for the envelopes for the balance of the card stock in file and <br /> at the same time the City would continue to monitor the two processes, <br /> Councilman Aldcroft asked to be excused at this time. <br /> Moved by Councilman Ebert,seconded by Councilman Moore,to call for <br /> bids for utility billing envelopes. Bids to be received until 2,00 p.m. <br /> August 26,1976. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Aldcroft <br /> who was excused. <br /> Motion Carried 1. <br /> CONTRACT WEECT/ATION(C0767-237) 11; <br /> Moved by Councilman Langus,seconded by Councilman Moore, to authorize 1 <br /> the Mayor to negotiate and sign a contract with the Public Transporta- <br /> It tion Benefit Area to provide routine servicing and light maintenance <br /> for their buses located in north Snohomish County. <br />
