Wayne sines of <br /> the Engineering Department reported that the petition presented to <br /> the Council on July With,represented 82 percent of the lineal front <br /> footage abutting the Haprovement and ea aaereent of the area within <br /> • the proposed local improvement district boundaries. <br /> Be said the City engineering staff then request.esti....fr.. <br /> BUD,General Telephone,and Everett Cablevision.
