0 341 BUDGET HEARING,November 2,1076 The regular budget hearing of the Everett City Council was called to order at 9:00 a.m.,November 2,1976 with Budget ChairaysiAbert presiding and all councilmen in attendance except Councilman duckett who was ex- cused. FUND 010-FINANCE AND BUDGET Program 801-Provide Financial and Managerial Services Gordon Hey,Finance and Budget Director,reviewed all five divisions of • the Finance Department explaining the increases and decreases in various allocations. Councilman Michelson asked what the professional services amount of $10,395 was for and Mr.Hey replied this encompassed the alcoholic pro- . gram to the county that came out of the liquor taxes. PMved by Councilman Aldcroft,seconded by CounCilman adcPt Fund 010,Program 801 in the total amount of$62,805. Roll was called wiN all councilmen voting yes except Councilman duckett whO was excused.
