(CH772-29) Mary Haglund,Utilities Director,Ore..,"a"(Marl(abateMent as follows: At the council meeting of July 14,19)6,Council discussed the 1968 agreement with Gray s Osborne and the ramifications of long term consult- ing firm arrangements. After considerable discussion concerning the validity of the 1968 agreem.",Council requested Attorney/ones and Utilities Director Haglund to negotiate an agreement with Gray s Osborne to(1)perform engineering services for both phase I .Phase rx- Filtration Facilities (with Phase II dependent upon funding),and (2)to terminate the present 1968 agreement. The attached agreement 1 accomplishes both purposes. The regular meeting of the Everett City Council reconvened at l"0 p.m. in tbe Snohomish County Commissioner"Conference Room. In attendance were Commissioners Hill and Haines and Councilmen Aldcroft,Jeckett, Gipson,Langus,Moore,Michelson and Mayor Anderson. Councilman Lackett said as eiLy liaison to the county government,he had set this meeting up for the purpose of a general discussion on mutual problems that county and city officials might have.
