After considerable discussion concerning the <br /> validity of the 1968 agreem.",Council requested Attorney/ones and <br /> Utilities Director Haglund to negotiate an agreement with Gray s Osborne <br /> to(1)perform engineering services for both phase I .Phase rx- <br /> Filtration Facilities (with Phase II dependent upon funding),and <br /> (2)to terminate the present 1968 agreement.
