This plat consists of nine lots each <br /> approximately 10,000 square feet in size,located on 8th Avenue West <br /> (Sabers Lane)ITS of Casino Road. The applicant was Prolacsing Al ncn- <br /> struct duplexes on the lots. He said the Planning Commission had a pub- <br /> lic hearing on February 2 and voted to grant tentative approval for this <br /> subdivision plat subject to foku conditions. He recommended concurrence <br /> by the council. <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson,seconded by Councilman Juckett to concur in <br /> the recommendation and grant tentative approval to Slover Addition#2 <br /> subject to the four conditions set forth by the Planning Commission. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilmen Aldcroft <br /> and Michelson wlm were excused. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> PLAT TENTATIVE APPROVAL(.772-36) <br /> Mr.Shockey reported MASS Granada Seaview#2 Plat Al Puget Sound Service <br /> Corporation is comprised of twenty lots on 23rd Avenue West off of <br /> Mukilteo Boulevard((ust south of Granada Seaview 51). The project Will <br /> have a fifty foot right-of-way,roll curb and planters in middle of <br /> the cul-de-sac. The Planning Commission had a public hearing on January <br /> 18th and voted to grant tentative approval to Granada Seaview#2 subject <br /> to eleven conditions.
