110 <br /> April 20,1971 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE CONCERNING BARBED WIPE <br /> Dick Thompson,City Attorney,again reviewed the ordinance before the <br /> council regarding the use of barbed wire fence in connection with en- <br /> closing land devoted to the pasturing and/or sheltering of anirmls <br /> permitted by ordinance. After a considerable discussion it was the <br /> decision of the council to delete the wording regarding the maximum <br /> amount of barbed wire allowable. <br /> The meeting then recessed until 7:00 p.m.in the Council Chambers. <br /> ; The regular meeting of the zytyett city Council reconvened at 7:00 p.m. <br /> in the council chnnuenn ot the Everett City Hall,President Ebert pre- <br /> siding.
